  • Awesome Clipart for Educators - Find backgrounds, banners, icons, fonts, wallpaper and coloring pages for many themes and occasions including holidays.
  • CyberSmart Lesson Plans - Topics included on this CyberSmart site include Internet Safety, manners, advertising, research and technology. Some of the activities can be completed online while others can be downloaded.
  • Disney Edu-Station - This great site offers lesson plans for teachers. Disney uses many of its popular characters to help students learn math, poetry and more.
  • Education World: Where Educators Go To Learn - Teachers, search a database of 110,000 + sites for lesson plans on any topic. Excellent site sponsored by EDmin.com.
  • Educational Hotlinks for Middle School People - Includes over 400 websites in 19 categories, chosen for their quality and relevance by the New Jersey Consortium for Middle Schools at Kean University.
  • Educational Hotlinks for New Teachers - Includes over 100 websites in 12 categories, chosen by the New Jersey Consortium for Middle Schools at Kean University.
  • Filamentality - Developed and maintained by AT&T, this site allows you to easily create lists of curriculum/topic-related sites and mount them on the web.
  • FUNBRAIN: Educational, Interactive Kids Games for Learning - For teachers and home school instructors, assign a quiz on line and have your students e-mail the results to you.
  • Microsoft: Free Templates for Home, Work, and Play - Microsoft provides helpful templates for teachers and students such as calendars, flyers, classroom newsletters, homework planners, quizzes, tests and more.
  • Teachers' Center - Math, reading and social studies activities for students. Textbook support materials, monthly themes, link library and games can all be found here. Site sponsored by Houghton Mifflin.
  • Teachers Helping Teachers - This is a fantastic resource for both new and experienced teachers. This site is loaded with lesson plans in every subject area and links to other great sites, plus it has a discussion board where teachers can share tips and get advice. Content is updated weekly.
  • Utah Education Network - Browse through the index to lesson plans. A collaborative effort between Utah state government, colleges and schools.

  • Children’s Literature Index: K-12 Literature Based Teaching Ideas - This index is a searchable online catalog. Search by author, illustrator, or title and you'll find book or web site citations that offer ideas for using literature in the curriculum.

  • The American Presidency - Provides lesson plans, hands on activities and a teacher’s guide for introducing the American presidency to children grades 4 and up.  Presented by the Smithsonian Institution.
  • Crayon - Here you can customize your own newspaper from a list of hundreds of national, local and international papers. Each day the "daily paper" will be e-mailed to you. Time saver if you want your students to read a variety of newspapers but don't want them wasting time surfing the net for sites.
  • National Archives - Includes lesson plans, primary source documents to assist in the teaching of history from 1754 – present.
  • Time for Kids - Weekly news from around the world, special feature on kids in the news. Includes teachers’ guides and quizzes.

  • All Technical Schools - provides a listing of technical schools, technical colleges or technology programs you need to find the certification, training or degree you're seeking.
  • Business, Trade and Technical Schools - RWM provides a database of Private Postsecondary Vocational Schools in all 50 states. it is organized first by State, then by Training Occupation.
  • The DataStreme Project - This teacher enhancement program of the American Meteorological Society is supported by the National Science Foundation.
  • Learner Online - Annenberg Media’s web site offers resources and professional development programming for K-12 teachers free through satellite channel and Video On Demand.
  • PAEC Teacher to Teacher Initiative - Provides online professional development for Teachers K-12 through a number of workshops. Each workshop has an overview, a video with embedded activities, follow-up questions, handouts, assessment implementation checklist, and resources.
  • The Training Registry - Includes a directory of training courses and provides listings by category and topic.
